Welcome to my Blog or I would rather say to my Home Page. The content here is mostly for my own use, i. e. to organize my interests/hobbies and to make it possible to recap what I have found is of interest for me. Some of it may also be of interest for you and I will be glad to share it. As you can see this Home Page has somewhat a focus on amateur radio. That is because my main hobby is or has been Amateur Radio with my callsign SM0FOB. Sometimes it is birdwatching or digital photography. It depends on my mood of the day. That is why the content here has a widespread focus on little here and there. My name is Kjell Bergqvist and I live in Jordbro (QTH LocatorJO99bd) in Haninge in Sweden. NAC - Nordic Activity Contest on 144 MHz

I was active about one hour in the Nordic Activity Contest on 144 MHz on June 7, 2011. My QTH, KP05vs, was on a hilltop overlooking the nice view of the city Boden in northern Sweden. There are not so many radio amateurs active on the 144 MHz band up here. So if you can work a few of them you are lucky.
