It is rather difficult to drill holes exactly in round booms for yagi elements. I have built some more WA5VJB yagis using plastic tube booms and simple ways to attach the elements to the boom. The elements are then very easy to adjust for exact positioning. The photo below shows a 144 MHz 4 element WA5VJB yagi with a plastic tube boom.
