Dogfight Above Ölands Södra Udde

The Swedish Airforce pilot in his SAAB SH (or SF) 37 Viggen aircraft has ignited the AB (After Burner) as he just has discovered that he is being followed. In the hunting aircraft, a SAAB SF 37 Viggen, the pilot Lars Gunnarsson took this photo with a SKA 23 camera in the beginning of the 80´s. The location is the southernmost tip of the island Öland and the lighthouse is called Långe Jan. If you click on the photo you will see that there are lighthouse visitors up in the tower. Leif, SM7EQX, ex-pilot in the Swedish Airforce, did scan this photo.
